Frequently asked questions

I don’t get a notification when I arrive

Please check that location is set to “Allow all the time” and that notifications are allowed. On phones with strict battery-saving settings, set this app’s battery usage to “Unrestricted” for more reliable alerts. A 20 m radius may cause missed arrivals due to location inaccuracies, so a radius of 100 m or more is recommended.

The map doesn’t show

Please check your internet connection. The map can’t be shown on phones without Google Play.

Several apps don’t open at once

Phones only allow apps to open one at a time. After the first one opens, tap the “Next app” notification or come back to this app to open the next one.

How many places can I save?

You can save up to 10 places. To add a new one, delete a place you no longer use from “Edit”.

Notifications stopped after restarting my phone

After restarting your phone, open this app once to resume arrival detection.

Notifications: Allowed

Also check that arrival alerts are turned on.
