In short
- Your location is used only on your phone, to check whether you’ve arrived at a saved place.
- Your saved places and settings stay on your phone. We don’t send them to any server of ours.
- No account needed. No ads and no analytics tools.
- The app contacts the outside services listed below only to show maps and search for places.
1. Introduction
This policy explains how E-RAFT (“we”) handles information in the smartphone app “KOKO App” (the “App”).
2. Information the App uses and why
Location (precise and background)
Used to tell you when you arrive at a saved place, to show your current location on the map, and to show the distance to each place. The App also uses location while it is closed, only to detect arrival at your saved places. Location is processed on your device and is never sent to us.
Saved places, chosen apps and settings
Place names, positions and radii, the apps you choose, and notification and display settings are stored on your device to provide the App’s features.
List of installed apps
The App reads the names and icons of apps installed on your device so you can choose which apps to open, and to open them. This list is never sent to us.
Notifications
Used to show arrival alerts and the launcher in your notification area. Notifications are created on your device.
3. External services
The App communicates with the following services only when you use the related feature. Information sent is handled under each service’s own terms and privacy policy.

4. What we don’t collect
We do not collect your name, email address or other personal information, your location, your saved places, or the list of apps on your device. The App contains no advertising or usage-analytics tools. If we introduce these tools in the future, we will update this policy and let you know.
5. Permissions
- Location (while using the app / all the time): to detect arrival and show the map
- Notifications: to show arrival alerts and the launcher
- Display over other apps: to open apps automatically when you arrive (only if you use it)
- Installed apps: to let you choose which apps to open
You can revoke any permission at any time in your phone’s settings. Some features will then stop working.
6. Storage and deletion
The App’s data is stored only on your device. You can delete a place from “Edit” in the App. Uninstalling the App deletes all of its data from your device.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest update.
